A Few Recents

Here is my precious baby. He refuses to look at the camera. I figure if I can't get his eyes - I'll get the next best thing. And he didn't get those lashes from me!!!
And Ellie - the only one in my family who will put up with my camera!
I thought the sky looked really cool tonight so I quick snapped one.
And I couldn't resist putting this one in. I was playing with my B&W conversion today and came across this one. This has to be one of my favorite pictures I have! It is just a snapshot Scott took during my c-section, but I just love his wrinkly little buns. :) I probably love it so much cause I hadn't hardly seen him yet at this point. Can't believe it has been almost a year ago already!!!

Finally . . . SNOW!

We bought Nicholas a new sled for Christmas but haven't had the chance to use it yet. Today we got about an inch of snow on the ground and took advantage of it.

11 Months

When Nicholas was first born, he received this teddy bear from Grandpa Pete & Grandma Irene. I have been taking pictures of him by it every month so I can see how big he is growing.

It suddenly seems so small.

The Sweetest Boy

Yesterday Nicholas woke up early so Scott & I took him in our bed with us. Well he didn't want to go back to sleep and kept saying da-da over and over. Since this is the only word that he knows at this point, I thought I would be smart so I said

Who do you want to get out of bed and make you a bottle,
ma-ma or da-da?

Thinking I got Scott on this one I laughed and then Nicholas said

ma-ma!
